Our programs focus on improving the quality of life for residents of affordable rental communities through community building and engagement in the areas of Education, Finances and Health.Â
We believe in the use of evidence-based programs and apply promising or best practices to maximize our non-profit members’ investments of time, funding and talents. We use a Peer-to-Peer Exchange (P2PE) model of service delivery. By using evidence-based programs, services, and tools, non-profits and for-impact organizations can invest limited resources in efforts that are proven to make an impact in the lives of hopeful and engaged residents.
Education
HAPI supports a national learning cohort that engage students and families in academic success strategies.
Finances
HAPI connects families to college savings, match savings and reliable financial products and services.
Health
HAPI bridges partnerships between Federally Qualified Health Centers and affordable housing.
