Housing as a Platform, Inc. (HAPI) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that bridges evidence-based resident programs in affordable rental communities to mainstream partners, services, and products to increase access and the chances of residents’ success.

We support the creation and refinement of impactful, scalable, and sustainable resident services. We use the power of home stability to present residents with opportunities to engage in actions that can lead them or family members to improve their quality of life in the areas of:
