Housing as a Platform, Inc. (HAPI) connects trusted partners, programs, and products to residents of affordable housing in order to increase access, well-being, and the chances of residents’ lifelong success.
HAPI believes that housing stability and support is the springboard for resident success. We support the creation and refinement of effective, scalable, and sustainable resident services.
What We Do
We use the power of home stability to present residents with opportunities to engage in actions that can lead them or family members to improve their quality of life.

HAPI connects families to college savings, match savings and reliable financial products and services.

HAPI bridges partnerships between Federally Qualified Health Centers and affordable housing.

HAPI is a partner of the Housing as a Platform for Academic Success (HPAS) program, aspiring to have all students attending our after-school programs reading at grade level, an early indicator of lifetime success.
